	That's all. Your new domain (`"backups"`) appears automatically in the per-domain rollup and on the dashboard — the renderer groups by `domain` with no changes needed. Three rules to honour so the board stays honest:
	Always provide an `as_of` so your source can be aged. A producer with no timestamp can never be caught going stale — that is exactly the failure iState exists to prevent.
	Fail soft: if your source file is missing or malformed, `return []`. A producer that crashes the compiler takes the whole board down with it.
	Choose the freshness window to match the real cadence, not wishfully. If the source runs every 30 minutes, a 2-hour window is right; a 26-hour window would let it be 25 hours dead and still show green.
	(Optional) make it a watched rhythm too
	If your new producer runs on a schedule, also add it to `RHYTHMS` in `bin/heartbeat` so the heartbeat watches that it keeps running — then it's covered by both halves of iState: its state (compiler) and its freshness (heartbeat). That is how you give a new thing a watcher and a watcher's watcher.

	You built a thing — say a little 3D coop garden — on your laptop (pad). Now it has to run somewhere other people can reach it: a small Kubernetes cluster called infinix, on the other side of a private VPN. iDeploy is the disciplined way that journey happens. Its core rule is almost boringly simple: the cluster runs whatever is written down in one folder of plain YAML files (`/root/k8s-gitops/` on infinix). You never poke the running cluster by hand. You change a file, commit it, and a quiet gardener called Flux notices the change and makes the cluster match. The image your app runs from lives in a registry (Harbor — think "the image warehouse"); the passwords and keys live in iSecrets (an audited key-ring, `pass.manager`); and a safe deploy obeys two honesty rules — bring the structure up empty first (`replicas: 0`), and verify in the cluster, not in your head. The fancy automation can wobble, but the plaintext core — declarative YAML in git — is what actually decides reality, and it is fully readable. 	If you've never deployed before: "deploy" just means take the thing you made and put it where it runs for real. The whole art is doing that reversibly, so a mistake costs a `git revert`, not an outage. 	The whole reason this doc exists is the same instinct behind keeping notes in plain `.org` files instead of a proprietary app: the simplest thing that decides reality should be a thing you can read. Here that thing is a directory of YAML. 	One source of truth. "What is supposed to be running?" has exactly one answer: whatever is committed in `/root/k8s-gitops/`. Not what someone typed into the cluster last Tuesday and forgot. If it isn't in git, it isn't real; if it's in git, Flux makes it real. 	It survives when fancy layers break. Helm charts, web dashboards, CI pipelines — lots of ways to fail. A folder of YAML that a small controller reads from a local git repo has almost none of them.
